【治療方法】
月経困難症は、出産を経験すると起こらなくなることがあります。出産を経験すると、子宮頸管が開大したり、柔らかくなったりして、月経血が排出しやすくなることが、症状を軽くする原因と考えられていますホルモンの異常の場合には、ホルモンを内服する排卵抑制療法が効果があります。鎮けい作用のある薬剤、抗プロスタグランジン作用のある薬剤の内服も行われます。精神的ストレスが関係していると考えられる場合には、沈静剤の使用や心理療法も行われます。子宮の病気などが原因のときは、その治療を行います。
